Billy W. Ostermann

Founding Member

Billy W. Ostermann is a 2013 graduate of the Nashville School of Law who began his practice of law by opening the Ostermann Law Firm, PLC in Lewisburg, Tennessee.  A 15-year veteran of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Billy was able to use his familiarity with the Marshall County Court system and the many relationships cultivated with judges, clerks, attorneys, secretaries, and countless others during his career at the Sheriff’s Department to begin providing the citizens of Marshall County with high-quality legal representation from the first days of the firm.

One of the first things Billy learned in the practice of law is that clients need an attorney who will help them understand the law.  Regardless of the type of case, a client can only be well-served by an attorney who takes the time to help them understand the legal landscape the client is attempting to traverse.  Whether working with a client in Estate Planning/Probate, Juvenile/Family Law, or Criminal Law, Billy takes the time to ensure every client has a fundamental understanding of their case, their options, and the chosen course of action.
